Ingredients
- 2 c pretzels crushed up
- ¾ c melted butter
- 4 tbsp sugar for crust
- 1 c sugar for salad
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz whipped cream topping
- 6 oz cherry gelatin
- 2 c water
- 2 jars of CherryMan cherries - chopped
- 8 oz crushed pineapple
Directions

Mix pretzels, ¾ c butter and 4 tbsp sugar.

Press firmly into bottom of 9x13 in glass baking dish. Be sure it goes completely to the edges so that the gelatin later can not later leak through.

Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes then allow to completely cool.

Mix together cream cheese and 1 c sugar then stir in the whipping cream. Spead over the cooled pretzel crust and chill for at least an hour.

Boil two cups of water and add gelatin to dissolve. Let it cool for a few minutes then add cherries and pineapple. Pour over the salad and put in the refrigerator. Allow salad to chill completely before serving.
